Growth Marketing Lead
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead who will own digital acquisition and demand generation at Periskope. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who loves both the art and science of growth—building campaigns, optimizing funnels, and scaling what works.
You'll be our foundational marketing hire, responsible for driving pipeline through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and experimentation across new channels.

What You'll Do
- Campaign Execution: Plan and launch paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other channels to drive demos and signups.
- SEO & Inbound Growth: Build and scale organic visibility to drive inbound leads.
- Copywriting & Messaging: Write compelling ad copy and landing page content that converts.
- Targeting & Testing: Build and test audiences, creatives, and placements to improve performance.
- Funnel Optimization: Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with founders and sales team to refine messaging, targeting, and campaigns.
- Growth Experiments: Explore and test new channels, landing pages, and tactics to accelerate growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS startup.
- Hands-on experience running Meta + Google Ads with proven ROI.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies and growing organic inbound traffic.
- Strong analytical mindset — you're comfortable looking at dashboards and making data-led decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote setup with high ownership.
