What You'll Own:
- Build and scale B2B demand generation programs with direct pipeline and revenue impact
- Own performance marketing across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Design and run ABM, outbound-assisted, and paid campaigns
- Drive continuous optimization using CAC, CPL, ROI, and funnel metrics
- Own the MQL SQL Opportunity Revenue funnel
- Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and Leadership on ICP, targeting, and campaign strategy
- Manage and deploy 1 Cr+ annual budgets effectively
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable):
- B2B experience only (SaaS, Tech-enabled services, Global services, HRTech)
- Proven ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong Sales alignment experience (ICP, funnel optimization, qualification)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads
- Worked in growth-stage or scaled companies (100+ employees)
- Comfortable owning numbers, targets, and accountability
Tools Experience (Table Stakes):
- Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo
- Experience with modern B2B growth tools such as:
- CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) Nice to Have
- Global B2B exposure (US, UK, Europe, MEA markets)
- Experience selling complex B2B services or SaaS-like offerings
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
