Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Work directly with the founder: Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic growth projects, campaigns, and experiments.
- Build from Scratch: Work in a true 0-to-1 setup, launch new growth experiments, marketing initiatives, and acquisition channels with speed and ownership.
- Campaign ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, etc.) to drive conversions and reactivation.
- Product & content marketing: Collaborate with cross teams to translate offerings into compelling messaging, landing pages, emailers, and drip campaigns.
- Performance tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to monitor and report campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, and other key metrics.
- Lead nurturing: Strategize and execute automated and manual workflows to move leads down the funnel via WhatsApp and email.
- Creative direction: Work with the design and content teams to produce high-converting creatives, videos, and copy for campaigns.
- New initiatives: Devise new methods and strategies to move leads down the funnel and improve conversion at each stage
- Cross-functional ownership: Lead and manage initiatives that span across growth, product, marketing, and partnerships, and ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- A/B testing: Continuously experiment with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
