Role Description The Growth Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting RewLo's user acquisition and engagement efforts among sports fans, merchants, and clubs. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with digital marketing campaigns, helping manage social media channels, and supporting content creation for email, social, and community platforms. The intern will conduct market and competitor research, analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide insights to improve growth strategies. This role also involves coordinating with product and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, participating in brainstorming sessions, and helping test new growth experiments and fan engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* MBA student or recent MBA graduate, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Growth or Strategy.
* Strong social media and content creation skills.
* Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
* Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, taking ownership and figuring things out independently.
* Data-driven and willing to experiment, learn and iterate.
* Passion for sports, fintech, startups or emerging technology.
* Experience with Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar tools is a plus.
* Prior startup, community-building, creator or social media experience is a plus.
