Growth Marketing Intern

Pie Matrix is looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join our Gurugram team!

If you're curious about what makes people click, engage, buy, and come back, this role is for you. You'll work across growth campaigns, Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, partnerships, and marketing experiments to help us grow.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• Assist with Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and key metrics.
• Research customers, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
• Support influencer, affiliate, and brand partnerships.
• Help with A/B testing and growth experiments.
• Work with Content, Design & Marketing teams on campaigns.
• Analyse website, social media, and campaign data.

WHO YOU ARE

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comm, or a related field.
• Curious, analytical, and comfortable with numbers.
• Interested in digital & performance marketing.
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.
• Prior experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, or analytics is a plus.

Location: Gurugram

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
