Who We Are: Libra AI is building the operating system for how work actually happens in 2026. We're an AI-first WorkOS that connects your tools, data, and workflows into one intelligent layer. Think of it as giving every team their own AI chief of staff. We're early, ambitious, and obsessed with making work feel less like work.

What You'll Actually Do:

Own social content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, from hooks to hashtags, you'll ship posts that make people stop scrolling.

Run growth experiments. Design, execute, and analyze campaigns across channels. Figure out what worked, double down on what didn't.

Research the ecosystem. Dig into AI influencers, competitors, and what's actually resonating. Spot patterns before they become trends.

Build community, online and offline. Plan meetups, brand activations, and events that make people want to show up, and stay.

Collaborate like crazy. Work with product, engineering, and design to turn insights into action. Support launch content, storytelling, and outreach.

Get nerdy with data. Dig into metrics, spot patterns, and tell us what the numbers are whispering.

You're Probably Our Person If:

• You're chronically online and know why certain things go viral (and why others die at 3 impressions).
• You have a feel for storytelling, the arc, the hook, the thing that makes someone keep reading.
• You're genuinely curious about AI, not as a buzzword, but as something reshaping how work gets done.
• You treat content like a growth experiment: hypothesis, ship, learn.
• You communicate clearly, in DMs, in docs, in decks, without needing three rounds of feedback.
• You're a people person, energized by rooms, conversations, and connections. The kind who'd happily run an event from scratch and leave knowing half the room by name.
• Community-building excites you as much as content does.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with content strategy, event planning, or creator/influencer research.
• An audience you've grown yourself.
• Experience building online or offline communities that people actually stuck around for.
