Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Intern, based in Kochi. The intern will assist in developing and executing growth marketing strategies, analyze data to identify trends, optimize sales processes, and work collaboratively with the team to execute campaigns. The role also involves enhancing project workflows and communicating effectively to ensure smooth coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and convey ideas clearly
- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and an innovative mindset to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and experience managing or coordinating projects effectively
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, is a plus
