Growth Marketing Intern

• Growth Intern (content + community + sales), DreamStarter. 3 months, paid, remote (India time zone), 20 to 30 hours a week.

DreamStarter builds AI agents that do a person's marketing for them: content, publishing, lead discovery and outreach, running under the person's own name. In three months the agents have published 500+ posts across five platforms, cut 400+ video clips and found 11,000+ leads for 100+ dreams. You will help run the marketing for the company that makes marketing agents, and you will help us find our first paying customers. This is not a reels-only internship.

Your week, roughly

Run the agents (40%): review the posts, clips and outreach the agents generate for our own accounts and showcase dreams, approve what is good, fix what is not, and tell us what the product should do better.

Community and content (30%): research the weekly AI Marketing Brief, keep the AI Marketing WhatsApp community alive, clip event footage into shorts.

Sales support (30%): follow up with warm leads (hackathon teams, challenge winners, community members), book the founder's calls, keep the CRM honest, and sit in on customer conversations. You will talk to prospects.

Week one deliverable: one Brief edition researched and drafted, and 20 warm leads followed up with a reply rate you can report.

You are someone who already posts somewhere (any size), writes a clean paragraph without an AI rewriting it, is not scared of messaging strangers, and can give 20 to 30 hours a week for 3 months. Students and recent grads welcome. Bonus: CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci, Canva or Figma, any CRM experience.

Location: remote by default. The founder is in Dubai for September and in Goa for October (Edge City India), so meetups happen wherever we are.
