Key Responsibilities
- Identify key user journeys in the app and assist in setting up in-app nudges and flows to improve conversion funnels
- Assist in setting up and scheduling push, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
- Work on campaign logic, targeting cohorts, and campaign QA
- Coordinate creative and copy updates across platforms
- Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, churn, etc.) and identify actionable insights
Preferred Skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational tools
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; basic understanding of user journeys and engagement metrics
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (like WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar) is a plus
