About Tario

Tario is an AI-powered sales automation platform built for SDRs and revenue teams. We unify prospecting, outreach, and lead management into one Agentic AI workspace helping teams spend less time switching tools and more time closing deals.

We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of influencer marketing, social media strategy, and digital analytics someone who can amplify awareness, drive engagement, and help make Tario the next breakout name in sales tech.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

  • Identify and engage influencers, creators, and thought leaders in the sales, SDR, and SaaS ecosystem.
  • Build and execute joint collaborations from LinkedIn Lives and podcasts to co-created posts and webinars.
  • Secure paid and unpaid partnerships that drive meaningful awareness and traffic.
  • Track influencer campaign performance and report engagement and reach metrics.
  • Build visibility across G2, Reddit, and Product Hunt through community conversations and content.
  • Product Hunt launch experience or participation is a definite plus.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow Tario's social handles (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, and G2).
  • Plan and publish high-performing content: carousels, short videos, polls, and insight-driven narratives.
  • Stay on top of platform trends and drive real-time engagement in relevant discussions.
  • Work with designers/writers to create visually engaging posts and reels; hands-on with Canva or similar tools for banners and basic creatives.

3. Events & Webinar Coordination

  • Research and identify industry events, communities, and partner opportunities for joint webinars or virtual panels.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution from planning and content prep to live rollout and post-event promotion.
  • Support event-related social and influencer tie-ins to maximize visibility.

4. Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance across Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and website dashboards.
  • Measure and optimize KPIs such as engagement rate, click-throughs, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader brand and demand goals.
  • Provide insights and improvement recommendations based on analytics and social data.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital growth (preferably in B2B SaaS or sales tech).
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn influencer networks, Product Hunt communities, and Reddit discussions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Hands-on with Canva or similar tools for creative work.
  • Bonus: Experience managing a Product Hunt launch, G2 campaigns, or community marketing initiatives.
