Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketplace Performance Marketing Manager who can drive growth through ads, listing optimization, and data-driven strategies across marketplaces.
This role is ideal for someone who understands marketplace performance and is eager to contribute to scaling brands.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Growth & Execution
- Support product launches and growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
- Execute strategies to improve sales and visibility
- Identify opportunities in categories, pricing, and promotions
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart Ads, Meesho campaigns
- Monitor and improve key metrics: ROAS, ACOS, CTR, conversions
- Run A/B testing on creatives, keywords, and bids
Listing Optimization
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content)
- Improve keyword rankings and organic visibility
- Enhance product pages for better conversion
Marketplace Operations
- Manage catalog, pricing, and ongoing promotions
- Coordinate for inventory planning and stock availability
- Ensure account health and compliance
Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales, performance metrics, and campaign results
- Share weekly insights and optimization plans
- Use data to improve performance continuously
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketplace ads and listing optimization
- Basic understanding of marketplace SEO and performance metrics
- Strong execution and analytical skills
Good to Have
- Experience working with D2C or consumer brands
- Exposure to new product launches
- Familiarity with scaling campaigns and improving ROAS
