Job Description

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Executive with a strong background in IT product/service marketing and hands-on experience in AI-powered lead generation, digital campaigns, and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives, multi-channel outreach, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert potential customers for IT products and services.
  • Identify high-potential leads and prospects using AI-based tools like Apollo.io, Snov.io, Klenty, Mailchimp, and Sendinblue.
  • Conduct market research to define target audiences, buyer personas, and decision-makers.
  • Manage outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to drive pipeline growth.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients across target industries, introducing our IT products and services.
  • Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Understand client requirements, pain points, and business objectives to position company offerings effectively.
  • Manage follow-ups through calls and emails to maintain consistent engagement with prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and optimize conversion strategies.

Digital Marketing & Automation

  • Build and manage email marketing workflows, automated sequences, and drip campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Leverage analytics to measure campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest growth marketing trends, AI-driven tools, and B2B lead generation best practices.
  • Maintain an organized and clean database of leads, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, segmentation, and content strategies.
  • Contribute to growth experiments and A/B tests to identify scalable marketing tactics.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and brainstorming sessions to drive continuous improvement in campaigns and outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, or sales development within the IT/software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered lead generation and automation tools (Apollo.io, Snov.io, Klenty, Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, email marketing, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and growth.
