Growth Marketing Designer- Static & Motion

Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd is urgently hiring for the role of Growth Marketing Designer (Static & Motion).

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Min 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-End Content Creation: Script and edit short-form performance ad videos (Reels, Shorts, UGC-style, video hooks) and design high-CTR static ad graphics.

· Rapid Iteration & Testing: Produce 8–10 new creative variations per week by testing different hooks, visuals, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs).

· Asset Library Management: Build and maintain a modular repository of raw B-roll footage, audio tracks, graphic templates, and design elements for fast turnarounds.

· AI Tool Integration: Leverage modern AI creative tools (Midjourney, Canva, CapCut, Runway, HeyGen) to accelerate design and video workflows as a part of daily workflow.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Experience: 2-3 years of experience creating direct-response ad creative specifically for performance marketing campaigns (Fintech, Financial Services, or B2C/B2B acquisition experience preferred).

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut, and Canva for fast-turnaround edits

· Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and grid systems — able to explain why a design choice helps or hurts performance.

· Familiarity with platform-specific design specs (aspect ratios, safe zones, text/logo placement) across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google.

· Portfolio: A proven portfolio demonstrating high-converting video ads, thumb-stopping hooks, and performance-focused static creatives (with metric context preferred).

· Mindset: Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles—hooks, visual hierarchy, value propositions, and CTA placement.
