Role Overview
We are looking for a contractor based in India to provide 40-hours worth of marketing data
analytics support per week. As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for enabling
data-driven decision making across lifecycle management, retention, and acquisition marketing
initiatives. You will partner closely with lifecycle marketing, growth, and product teams to design
tracking, generate insights, and optimize user journeys through the funnel.
Your role will focus on analyzing customer behavior, tracking key marketing metrics, and
providing actionable recommendations to improve conversion, retention, and engagement
across channels. The role also demands AI implementations in databricks to improve overall
efficiency of analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop dashboards and automated reports tracking funnel performance, campaign
effectiveness, and cohort retention metrics.
Build scalable data transformation which can be used as a base layer for AI integration
Translate business objectives into clear analytical frameworks and deliver insights that
influence marketing and lifecycle strategy.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines and scalable
reporting structures.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations and
concise storytelling.
Core Skills Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights.
Proficiency in databricks tool, preferred if worked on databricks previously
Experience with SQL and Python for statistical analysis or automation
Experience with Tableau for data visualization
Experience in ETL development [Databricks, AWS S3]
Strong communication and data storytelling skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive thinker & self starter
Familiarity with task management tools like Jira, Monday, etc
Ability to work confidently with ambiguity, turning nebulous ideas into tangible results
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer
Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Product
Analytics, or Customer Lifecycle analytics roles.
Previously worked on AI/BI tools in Databricks is a plus point
