Key Responsibilities

• Build multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, retargeting).
• Automate prospecting with tools like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, and Phantombuster.
• Create data flows across LinkedIn → enrichment → CRM → outreach.
• Integrate and automate GTM tools using Zapier/Make/APIs.
• Track and optimize funnel performance — from impressions to meetings booked.
• Run growth experiments and share playbooks that scale.

What You'll Bring:

• 3–7 years of experience in growth, outbound, or GTM automation roles at a startup or SaaS/product company.
• Proven track record of generating leads using LinkedIn + email automation tools.
• Hands-on expertise in tools like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Zapier/Make, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, outbound funnels, and automation workflows.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, dashboards, and metrics.
• Independent problem-solver who can ideate, execute, and iterate fast.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills: performance marketing, building custom workflows, CRM management

Salary: 18 lacs p.a.
