Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing & Automation Expert who can drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing strategies and automation tools. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows (email, lead nurturing, drip campaigns)
- Optimize conversion funnels to improve CTR, CAC, and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, and creatives
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to drive growth initiatives
- Manage CRM tools and ensure proper lead lifecycle management
- Identify new growth channels and experiment with innovative strategies
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Performance Marketing & Paid Ads
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting
- Understanding of customer journey and funnel optimization
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
- Basic understanding of HTML, landing page tools, or tracking tools (GT Manager)
- Experience in growth hacking techniques
