We've closed a $1M pre-seed round backed by C-suite executives from Fortune 500 companies in technology, retail, and finance. 30+ pilot customers are already on the platform, which includes 150+ agentic workflows and a proprietary database of 60M+ companies and 300M+ customer profiles.

Our founding team combines nearly 50+ years of marketing and technology leadership, with deep roots in Fortune 500 B2C/CPG marketing and enterprise B2B SaaS. The wider team includes talent from top companies across both worlds. This is a startup built by operators, funded by operators.

The Opportunity

Most early-career marketing roles put you in a box. You manage one channel, follow someone else's playbook, and wait years before you see the full picture.

This role is different. As a Growth Marketing Associate, you'll work across every major marketing function from day one. You won't observe. You'll execute. Content, paid media, email, SEO, analytics, sales support. All of it. And you'll learn from founders whose Fortune 500 and enterprise SaaS experience would normally take a decade to access.

You'll work from our Hyderabad office six days a week alongside the founding team. The pace is intense and the learning curve is steep. If you'd rather compress five years of growth into two, this is the place to do it.

What You'll Do

Content & Brand

• Draft and publish blog posts, social media content, case studies, and email copy with guidance from senior leadership

•  Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels

•  Research industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to shape content direction

SEO, GEO & Digital Discovery

•  Support keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and content optimization

•  Learn and apply emerging practices in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Track organic search performance and identify growth opportunities

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

•  Help set up and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn

•  Learn the mechanics of ad trafficking: pixel setup, UTM tagging, conversion tracking, audience segmentation

•  Pull performance reports, analyse results, and recommend optimizations

Email, CRM & Lifecycle

•  Help build email sequences, drip campaigns, and nurture flows

•  Assist with CRM data hygiene, list segmentation, and lead tagging

•  Support lifecycle journey design for onboarding and retention

Demand Gen & Sales Support

•  Create sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts

•  Coordinate campaign launches and keep execution on time and on budget

•  Sit in on client meetings and sales calls. Build your market instincts by watching deals happen.

Analytics & Reporting

•  Build dashboards to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI

• Connect marketing metrics to business outcomes. Learn to think like an operator, not just a marketer.

•  Present insights and recommendations in weekly team reviews

Who You Are

•  MBA (Marketing) or Master's in Marketing/Digital Marketing from a reputed institution, OR 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience (startup or agency experience counts for a lot here)

•  You understand marketing fundamentals: how funnels work, how paid and organic complement each other, why CRM matters

•  You have some executional experience (internships, projects, or jobs) in at least two of: content marketing, paid media, email, SEO, or social media

•  You're relentlessly curious. You read marketing blogs, follow industry leaders, experiment with tools on your own, and keep asking why

•  You have an ownership mentality. You don't wait to be told what's next. You figure it out.

•  You communicate clearly, professionally, and without fluff. Comfortable presenting to internal teams and external stakeholders.

•  You handle ambiguity well. Priorities shift. Every day is different. You treat that as a feature, not a bug.

•  You see feedback as fuel and tough challenges as the fastest path to getting better.

Bonus Points

• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics

• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)

• Personal projects, side hustles, or freelance work that show marketing initiative

• Exposure to AI tools and interest in the martech landscape
