JOB DESCRIPTION
Growth & Demand Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel monthly campaigns
- Drive product marketing initiatives for launches, feature adoption, onboarding, and retention
- Build and manage campaigns and marketing automations across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, webinars, communities, partnerships, and paid channels
- Execute LinkedIn outbound and account-based marketing campaigns using tools like Meet Alfred and similar automation platforms
- Own campaign execution end-to-end — from strategy and targeting to daily monitoring, weekly reporting dashboards and optimization
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve funnel conversion and engagement metrics proactively
Marketing Automation & Lifecycle
- Design and manage lifecycle journeys and automated engagement workflows for acquisition and retention
- Build user journeys, drip campaigns, segmentation, and trigger-based automation using CleverTap and Zoho Marketing Automation
- Improve activation, engagement, and retention through personalized customer journeys
- Ensure proper campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting systems are in place
- Work closely with CRM and product data to create scalable lifecycle programs
AI & Process Automation
- Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, MCP workflows, and automation platforms to streamline marketing operations
- Build automations for reporting, campaign workflows, lead routing, content ops, and repetitive tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve execution speed and operational efficiency using AI-first workflows
- Experiment with no-code/low-code automation tools and integrations
Analytics & Data
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Work with marketing and product data to improve conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor funnel performance and campaign ROI
- Understand and optimize key growth metrics like CAC, CPL, CTR, activation, retention, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with product and sales teams using data-backed insight
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–4 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
- Proven experience executing campaigns independently end-to-end
- Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap, Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot, MoEngage, or similar tools
- Good understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outbound campaigns and tools like Meet Alfred, Expandi, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working on campaign data, dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting
- AI-first mindset with practical experience using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, MCP workflows, and automation platforms
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and execution speed
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
