Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Associate to join our Growth & Content Marketing team. This is a cross-functional role that combines data, content, CRM, community engagement, and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and creative, with a strong interest in growth marketing and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Reporting

• Build and maintain performance dashboards across marketing channels
• Gather and consolidate data from stakeholders to surface insights on campaign effectiveness
• Support the team in making data-driven decisions through clear, structured reporting

2. CRM & Communications

• Schedule and manage CRM campaigns across the consumer lifecycleJob Title: Growth & Marketing Associate
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Ensure timely and accurate communication across touchpoints

3. Content & Community Management

• Support content distribution across social media and community platforms
• Maintain a consistent brand presence and tone across channels
• Stay current with industry trends and consumer behaviour to inform content strategy

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, content, growth, or a related field
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Good to Have:

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools
• Experience in content marketing, community management, or influencer partnerships
• Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-focused businesses
