We are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst / CRO Specialist who thrives on structured experimentation, analytical problem-solving, and rapid learning cycles. This role is designed for someone who enjoys diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, running controlled experiments, and using AI tools to accelerate execution and insight generation. This is not a brand, content, or paid acquisition role. It is a hands-on, conversion-focused execution role with a strong emphasis on measurable learning.
Responsibilities
- Audit and analyse organic conversion funnels.
- Identify friction points across landing pages and lead capture flows.
- Design clear, testable hypotheses to improve visitor-to-lead conversion.
- Execute A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Prototype landing pages and lead flows using modern tools.
- Implement and monitor analytics instrumentation.
- Use AI tools to accelerate experimentation, variation creation, and analysis.
- Document learnings to build a repeatable conversion playbook.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in growth marketing, conversion rate optimisation, or marketing analytics.
- Hands-on experience running structured experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimisation).
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data.
- Experience with web analytics tools (GA4 Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc. )
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms or CRO tools.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate execution and insight generation.
- Clear written communication and structured documentation skills.
