ZocialOne is an AI-powered Growth Marketing platform. One platform to create, post, schedule, reply, and analyze across 7 social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and Google Business Profile.
150,000+ businesses use ZocialOne to grow their online presence every day. But here is what makes us different from every other marketing tool.
We built Zoe. An autonomous AI marketing agent that handles the complete social media lifecycle for businesses: research, strategy, content creation (images, videos, copy), scheduling, publishing, inbox management, community engagement, analytics, and continuous optimization. Zoe interacts through text and voice, remembers brand context across sessions, and serves real businesses in production today.
Zoe launched 2 months ago. She is one of the first fully autonomous marketing agents in the world. Not a chatbot. Not a content generator. A real agent that plans, reasons, uses tools, and takes action to deliver business outcomes. This is the agentic AI revolution, and we are building it.
Here is the thing. We are a marketing company. We build the tools that marketers use. Which means our own marketing cannot be average. It has to be the benchmark. If our social media looks generic, our SEO is invisible, or our campaigns feel templated, why would anyone trust us to power theirs
We need a Growth Marketer who doesn't just do marketing but someone who is obsessed with it. Creative. Data-driven. Always ahead of the trend, never behind it. Someone who looks at a blank canvas and sees an opportunity, not a task.
Why This Role Matters
ZocialOne helps businesses market themselves. Every post, every ad, every email, every campaign. That's your work. If it performs, you get the credit. If it doesn't, you own that too.
This is the most visible role in the company. Every customer, investor, and competitor sees your output. That's pressure, but it's also the kind of opportunity that builds careers.
And you won't be doing it alone. You'll have Zoe, the most advanced AI marketing agent in the market, working alongside you. You use Zoe to generate content, schedule posts, analyze performance, and manage campaigns. Your job is to think bigger, move faster, and push the boundaries of what AI-powered marketing can do. No other marketer in any company has this advantage. You will be the first.
What You'll Do
Social Media (All Platforms)
- Own ZocialOne's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Threads
- Create content that stops the scroll — not filler posts, not recycled templates. Original, bold, on-brand content that people actually engage with
- Build and execute a content calendar with clear themes, series, and campaigns
- Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, mentions. Build relationships, not just followers
- Stay ahead of platform trends — know what's working THIS week, not last month
- Grow followers, engagement, and reach with measurable month-over-month targets
Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, YouTube
- Run paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and LinkedIn
- Manage ad budgets, A/B test creatives, optimize for CAC and ROAS
- Build retargeting funnels and lookalike audiences
SEO & GEO
- Own website SEO — keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, link building
- Write and optimize blog content that ranks — not just content for the sake of content
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion from search
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — ensure ZocialOne appears in AI-powered search results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews). This is the new SEO — if you don't know what GEO is, learn it before you apply
Email Marketing
- Build and manage email campaigns — onboarding sequences, product updates, nurture flows, re-engagement
- Segment audiences, personalize messaging, A/B test subject lines and content
- Track open rates, click rates, and conversions — not just send and forget
WhatsApp Marketing
- Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns — bulk messaging, promotional broadcasts, drip sequences
- Design templates that comply with WhatsApp policies and actually convert
- Track delivery, read rates, and response rates
App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Own ZocialOne's Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS) listings — this is our storefront for mobile users
- Write compelling app titles, descriptions, and keyword tags that rank for the right search terms
- Optimize screenshots, feature graphics, and preview videos that convert browsers into downloads
- Monitor and improve app ratings and reviews — respond to user reviews, address feedback, drive positive ratings
- Track install rates, keyword rankings, and conversion from impression to install
- A/B test listing elements — icons, screenshots, descriptions — to maximize download conversion
- Keep listings updated with every feature release — new features should be visible in the store before users ask
Analytics & Measurement
- Measure everything. If you can't measure it, it didn't happen.
- Use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Amplitude, or equivalent to track user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and campaign ROI
- Build weekly/monthly dashboards — traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, CAC, LTV
- Use CRM tools (Zoho CRM or similar) to track lead quality from campaigns
- Make decisions based on data, not gut feeling. Every campaign gets a post-mortem.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience — not just social media posting, full-stack marketing
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts with measurable results (show us the numbers)
- Experience running Google Ads with budget management and ROI tracking
- SEO knowledge — keyword research, on-page, technical audits, content optimization. Not just I know SEO — show rankings you've improved
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Postmark, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in analytics tools — Google Analytics, Clarity, Amplitude, or similar
- Strong copywriting skills — you can write a caption, an ad, a blog post, and an email that all sound different but equally compelling
- Design sense — you don't need to be a designer, but you should know what looks good. Canva, Figma basics, or ability to brief a designer clearly
- Video content creation — short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) is non-negotiable in 2026. You should be comfortable creating or directing it
Nice to have:
- ASO experience (Play Store / App Store optimization)
- WhatsApp Business API experience
- GEO / AI search optimization experience
- Influencer outreach and collaboration
- SaaS marketing experience
- Product Hunt launches
- Landing page optimization / CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Case study and testimonial creation
- Referral/affiliate program management
- Community building experience
- Basic HTML (for email templates and landing pages)
Who You Are
- Creative to the bone. You don't copy trends — you set them. You see a competitor's campaign and think I can do better. You scroll Instagram and ideas come to you faster than you can write them down. You think in viral hooks, not bullet points.
- Jugaad mindset. You don't wait for a big budget or a perfect plan. You figure it out. No studio Shoot on your phone. No designer Make it in Canva. No influencer budget Build relationships organically. You find a way — always.
- Results-obsessed. You don't post for the sake of posting. Every piece of content has a purpose — awareness, engagement, clicks, or conversions. You measure everything and you know your numbers cold.
- Fast. Marketing moves fast. A trend that's hot on Monday is dead by Wednesday. You create and ship in hours, not weeks.
- Data-driven. I think this will work is not a strategy. This format got 3x engagement last week, let's double down — that's a strategy. You live in dashboards, not guesses.
- Business-minded. You don't think in likes — you think in leads, signups, and revenue. A post with 10,000 likes and zero signups is a failure. A post with 500 views and 50 signups is a win. You understand the difference.
- Independent. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to post. You see an opportunity, you create, you ship, you measure, you iterate.
- Accountable. If a campaign fails, you don't blame the algorithm. You analyze, learn, and come back stronger. You own your wins and your losses equally.
- Persistent. Growing a brand doesn't happen overnight. You're willing to put in consistent effort for months before the hockey stick shows up. You don't give up at month two because nothing is working.
Not a Fit If
- You post the same template with different text every week and call it content strategy
- You can't show measurable results from your previous marketing work
- You think SEO is dead
- You've never run a paid ad campaign with real budget
- You need a manager to tell you what to post every day
- You're not comfortable with video content
What You'll Get
Competitive Salary aligned with your experience and the market.
But here's what makes this role different:
- You're marketing a marketing company. Your work is the product demo. When a potential customer checks our Instagram and it's fire — that's your work selling the product before sales even picks up the phone.
- 150,000+ businesses already use ZocialOne. You're not marketing a product nobody knows — you're scaling something that already works.
- You get to use the product you're marketing. ZocialOne's AI agent Zoe can generate content, schedule posts, and analyze performance. You'll use our own platform to market ourselves — and your feedback directly shapes the product.
- Full ownership. No middleman. No committee approvals for every post. You own the channels, the strategy, and the results.
- Career-defining portfolio. Growing a SaaS brand from the ground up, across every channel, with real budgets — that's the kind of experience that opens doors everywhere.
We're building the best marketing platform for businesses. Our marketing should be the proof.
