Role Description

This full-time, on-site Growth Marketer role is based in Kozhikode, where you will work closely with e-commerce clients to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing marketing data, identifying effective channels, executing growth campaigns, and optimizing strategies for customer acquisition and conversion. You will collaborate with teams to develop innovative marketing experiments and focus on lead generation and performance tracking to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to identify and implement scalable opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to track, analyze, and interpret data for improving performance and campaigns.
• Experience in developing and executing Lead Generation strategies to attract and convert prospects effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, innovation, and collaboration skills to experiment with new ideas and achieve business growth.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and project management to meet business goals and client expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-2 years of shopify sales experience is a must.
