Growth Marketer

We're building llea.ai, an AI email marketing platform for Shopify merchants. It figures out what each customer is likely to buy and sends them the right email at the right time, automatically.

We're hiring our first growth marketer: someone hands-on who uses AI every day, without thinking twice. You'll build our marketing engine mostly on your own, using AI to get more done across content, lead gen, automation and conversion. No big team, no agency. Just you, good tools and a lot of room to build.

What success looks like:

• Content and lead gen that runs every week, not in bursts
• A steady flow of qualified Shopify merchants coming into the pipeline
• More leads and customers, with less manual work to get them
• AI workflows we can rely on and keep improving

You'll work directly with the founder and own growth end to end. This role sets up how llea.ai finds and wins customers, and the hires who come after you.

Responsibilities

• Build a content engine: LinkedIn posts, YouTube videos, playbooks, checklists, templates and gated resources that Shopify merchants actually want to read
• Bring in leads with landing pages, comment-to-get campaigns, lead magnets and email nurture sequences
• Use AI for research, writing, design, video, repurposing content and personalizing campaigns
• Automate content production, lead capture, follow-ups and reporting with AI and no-code tools
• Track qualified leads, conversion, activation and new customers. Run experiments, keep what works, drop what doesn't

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years in growth, demand generation or content-led marketing
• Strong writing and storytelling, and you know how to get content in front of the right people
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, agents and automations, not just trying them
• Able to ship content, landing pages, funnels and campaigns on your own
• Focused on pipeline and customers, not likes and impressions
• Bonus: experience with Shopify, ecommerce, email marketing or SaaS
