Growth Marketer in Ahmedabad

We're looking for someone to own cold outbound and email-led demand generation- building and running the campaigns that fill our pipeline through email and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and run cold email campaigns: list building/enrichment, sequencing, A/B testing subject lines and copy
• Run LinkedIn outbound: connection and DM sequences for lead generation
• Manage webinar promotion end to end: pre-event registration campaigns, reminder sequences, post-event follow-up
• Ideate and manage the broader email marketing calendar (nurture flows, newsletters, product announcements)
• Monitor deliverability (domain health, SPF/DKIM/DMARC basics) and reply/booking rates; report weekly

• Open and reply rates against benchmark
• Meetings/demos booked from outbound
• Webinar registration and attendance numbers
• MQLs generated through email/LinkedIn
