Job Description

Elevate Now is building the future of medical weight loss through science-backed care and personalized programs. We are hiring a Growth Hacker & CRO Lead to own our end-to-end growth engineoptimizing funnels, improving conversion rates, leading experimentation, and unlocking scalable, predictable growth, marketing, and consumer psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Funnel Ownership & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

  • Own the full growth funnel: traffic lead consult program purchase retention.
  • Conduct deep funnel audits to identify friction points and drop-offs.
  • Improve conversion across landing pages, ads, CRM journeys, product flows, and sales touchpoints.
  • Build and run A/B tests, copy experiments, UX experiments, incentive tests, and journey optimizations.

2. Growth Experiments & Rapid Testing

  • Set up a structured experimentation roadmap across channels.
  • Test new growth levers: channels, creatives, workflows, offers, automation, and behaviours.
  • Scale experiments that improve CAC, activation rates, conversions, and LTV.

3. Website, Landing Page & Product Optimization

  • Rebuild and optimize landing pages with strong narrative, UX, and persuasion psychology.
  • Use heatmaps, scroll depth, click maps, and session replays to uncover insights.
  • Work with product and design teams to improve onboarding flows, sign-ups, consult booking, and checkout journeys.

4. CRM, Automation & Retention

  • Optimize all CRM flows: lead nurturing, consult reminders, no-show recovery, trial paid conversion, reactivation.
  • Build personalised journeys using segmentation, triggers, and behaviour mapping.
  • Improve DAU/WAU, consult completion rate, and repeat program purchases.

5. Growth Analytics & Attribution

  • Own and interpret marketing + product analytics:
  • Lead quality, CAC, RC, consult rate, no-show rate
  • Funnel conversion % at every stage
  • Cohorts, retention, activation, and LTV
  • Channel ROI, attribution, incrementality
  • Present actionable insights to leadership weekly.

6. New Growth Channels

  • Identify and scale new acquisition channelsSEO, partnerships, communities, affiliates, micro-influencers, referral loops.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for scalable growth motions.

7. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work with product, sales, clinical, performance marketing, and content teams to align on growth priorities.
  • Serve as the growth owner for all strategic decisions, experiments, and performance KPIs.

Requirements

  • 510 years of experience in growth, CRO, performance marketing, product growth, or experimentation roles.
  • Strong understanding of data, user psychology, funnel mechanics, and CRO principles.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, heatmaps, landing page tools, and CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates in D2C, health-tech, consumer internet, or high-velocity funnel businesses.
  • Ability to think analytically, execute fast, and manage complex cross-functional workflows.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting insights to leadership.
