Role Description

We are hiring a Growth Marketer (Sales-Focused) for a full-time onsite role in Kozhikode. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is interested in working at the intersection of marketing and sales.

Your primary responsibility will be generating, managing, and converting leads into clients. You will play a key role in building the sales pipeline, planning outreach strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through different channels
  • Plan and execute outreach strategies (cold email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline
  • Work closely on converting leads into paying clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Support marketing efforts that directly contribute to sales
  • Track and optimize performance of lead generation campaigns

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth marketing
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Understanding of lead generation and sales funnels
  • Hands-on approach with outreach and closing deals
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce or Shopify ecosystem is a bonus
