Role Description
We're looking for an App Growth Marketer to drive growth across our portfolio of wellness apps - leading new app launches, running growth experiments across multiple channels, and generating leads for Breakthrough's partnership pipeline.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead go-to-market execution for new app launches monthly and build standardised launch playbooks
- Set up and optimise marketing automation using CleverTap for user engagement campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Design email automation journeys, including onboarding sequences, trial conversion flows, and winback campaigns
- Create and execute B2B lead generation campaigns (email outreach, webinars, lead magnets) targeting wellness creators
- Analyse campaign performance data and report on results to drive continuous improvement
Must Haves
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience marketing mobile apps (subscription-based apps preferred)
- Proficiency with CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, or similar engagement/automation platforms
- Proven experience setting up email marketing automations and running systematic A/B tests
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach
- Excellent written English for email copywriting and stakeholder communication
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

- Experience with app launch strategies or go-to-market execution
- Background in health, wellness, or fitness app marketing
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation and email outreach campaigns
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and marketing workflows
