Role Overview

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of growth, storytelling, and customer insight. You will shape how millions of users experience Snapmint across their lifecycle — bringing stronger narrative, sharper messaging, and deeper customer understanding into a highly data-driven system.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Messaging

• Define and standardise communication across push, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and IVR

• Build structured messaging playbooks across lifecycle stages

Build Lifecycle Campaigns & Narrative

• Translate data-led journeys into clear, user-centric communication

• Own messaging for activation, engagement, cross-sell, and win-back campaign.

Customer Research & Insights (core focus)

• Bring the voice of the customer into lifecycle marketing

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user motivations

• Partner with analytics to connect behavioral data with underlying intent

• Translate insights into more effective messaging and campaigns

Rewards & Engagement Programs

• Shape the identity and communication of the rewards/loyalty program

• Ensure consistent and compelling user-facing narratives Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with lifecycle, campaign, and product teams

• Develop and review creative briefs to ensure quality and consistency

Brand & Communication Quality

• Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across all user touchpoints

• Track engagement quality metrics (CTR, conversion, uninstall rates) alongside growth

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or brand marketing

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (CleverTap, WebEngage, or similar)

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Comfort working with data and campaign performance metrics
