We are hiring a Growth & Market Expansion Manager to architect and scale a repeatable engine for launching new physical locations. This role owns the entire growth pipelinefrom sourcing high-quality prospects to enabling successful store launcheswhile operating with clear commercial accountability.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends growth strategy, sales enablement, analytics, and execution. You will act as the central owner of expansion performance, ensuring predictable throughput and strong unit-level outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion Strategy

Build a scalable expansion model that converts demand into successfully launched locations

Translate business growth plans into structured acquisition targets and capacity plans

Define clear success metrics for each stage of the expansion lifecycle

  • Demand Generation & Channel Execution

Develop and manage lead acquisition across digital, performance, partnerships, and offline channels

Own agency and vendor relationships, including budget allocation, targeting strategy, and ROI optimization

Continuously test and refine messaging, creatives, and channels to improve lead relevance and efficiency

  • Expansion Pipeline Ownership

Design and manage the end-to-end expansion pipeline within CRM systems

Establish clear qualification criteria, stage definitions, and transition points across teams

Ensure smooth handoffs between demand generation, sales qualification, onboarding, and launch execution

  • Sales Enablement & Conversion Optimization

Work closely with inside sales and field teams to improve outreach effectiveness

Create structured playbooks, scripts, and follow-up cadences to improve conversion rates

Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve meeting quality, onboarding velocity, and launch readiness

Run controlled experiments to identify scalable conversion improvements

  • Analytics, Reporting & Decision Support

Own expansion dashboards tracking efficiency, velocity, and unit economics

Monitor and improve key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition cost, and launch success

Identify bottlenecks early and drive corrective actions through data-backed insights

Present clear, actionable performance updates to senior leadership

Experience & Background

Required
4+ years of experience in growth, revenue operations, sales strategy, consulting, or GTM roles

Strong experience managing structured funnels tied to commercial outcomes

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct authority

Preferred
Experience in high-growth startups or fast-scaling consumer businesses

Exposure to multi-location, franchise, retail, real estate, telecom, or asset-heavy expansion models

Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and performance dashboards
