Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Top 3 Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy: As an IC, develop and execute Growth Strategies to grow our customer base across channels, reduce regrettable churn rates, and increase resurrection rates by analysing qualitative, quantitative, and competitive data; Growth Strategies that identify & validate the top blockages/opportunities and unblock/unlock them via steady-state Growth Programs.
  2. Execution: Drive the end-to-end cross-functional execution of these Growth Programs by collaborating with various teams and influencing them into action persistently, despite absence of formal authority.
  3. Storytelling: Tell quant & qual stories w.r.t. these problems and programs to various teams and stakeholders for feedback, iteration, & improvement.

Top 3 Must Haves:

  1. At least 4 years of growth/strategy/programs experience including at least 1 year in the ecom space
  2. Solid experience in data-driven decision-making through strong spreadsheet skills
  3. Deep customer empathy

Top 3 Good to Haves:

  1. At least 1 year experience in a pharmacy space
  2. At least 1 year experience in a high quality program management or product analytics role
  3. Working knowledge of using AI tools for quantitative and qualitative analysis

Top 3 things we evaluate in the selection process:

  1. Consumer empathy, ability to define problems, break them down and articulate solutions.
  2. Quant skills including metrics analysis & story-telling from A/B test results
