Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing
Manager – EU GTM Sales Support to anchor Zapcom's sales enablement, pre-sales, and growth activities from Hyderabad. This role will lead SDRs/BDRs and work directly with Zapcom's EU leadership to build pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and enable strategic account growth.
The Manager will serve as the bridge between global leadership and execution teams , overseeing prospecting, opportunity management, pre-sales support, and SalesOps.

- Partner with EU leadership to design and execute regional GTM plays across TTH, Airlines, BFSI, Pharma, Retail, and Manufacturing.
- Translate leadership strategy into actionable prospecting, outreach, and engagement plans.
- Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, ABM, etc.) to drive EU pipeline.
- Lead and mentor a small SDR/BDR team to ensure high-quality prospecting, discovery, and pipeline generation.
- Establish performance metrics, manage dashboards, and coach the team on outreach and account engagement best practices.
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement in outreach efficiency and conversion rates .
- Oversee RFPs, RFIs, proposal creation, and customer-facing documentation.
- Partner with solution architects and SMEs to tailor presentations, demos, and pitches to EU accounts.
