About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Growth Ninja to pioneer the expansion of our flagship fitness service, Cultfit, into India's Tier 2 (T2) cities. This is a high-ownership role requiring a data-driven approach and a comfort level with ambiguity. You will take full ownership of the T2 growth loop, from discovering and defining the core strategy to planning, executing, and delivering revenue targets. Success in this role directly translates to unlocking the next phase of Curefit's market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

This role sits at the intersection of Strategy, Operations, and Marketing. Your mandate will be broken down into three core pillars.

1. Strategic Ownership & Planning

  • Own & maximize B2C revenue and user growth across all channels within the T2 city portfolio.
  • Conduct deep, on-the-ground market research (extensive travel required) to uncover unique consumer insights in T2/T3 cities and translate them into actionable growth opportunities.
  • Advocate for the T2 customer by providing product and market insights to the Product team, ensuring Cultfit offerings are tailored to regional customer needs.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional strategy and execution by collaborating with Performance Marketing, CRM, and In-Center Sales teams to align targets and resources.
  • Drive the end-to-end operational execution of all daily sales and growth initiatives, including city-specific pricing, sale events, and promotional strategies.
  • Lead the new city launch playbook, encompassing the development of localized creative routes (in partnership with the creative team) and crafting the optimal media mix for maximum impact.

3. Brand & Field Operations

  • Design and execute a high-impact calendar of offline marketing activities and events to build brand awareness and drive consideration for Cultfit.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with third-party vendors and BTL agencies to ensure flawless campaign execution

Must-Haves (Minimum Requirements)

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Growth Marketing, or Business Strategy roles within high-growth consumer startups, e-commerce, or hyperlocal businesses in India.
  • Impact: A high bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and a demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to draw clear, business-driving conclusions from complex datasets.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence, manage, and align diverse cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) toward a unified goal.
  • Budget Ownership: Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing large marketing or expansion budgets to achieve clear ROI metrics.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Direct experience launching and scaling products in T2/T3 markets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or advanced analytical tools.
  • Love for problem-solving and a strong impact orientation.
