Job Title - Growth Manager

The Role
We're looking for a Growth Manager who will own customer acquisition end-to-end and help us move fast from early traction to repeatable growth.
This is a hands-on, builder role. You'll experiment, execute, learn, and iterateoften in the same week. You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO and play a critical role in shaping our GTM motion.
What You'll Own
- Customer acquisition strategy & execution for Shopify merchants ($550Mn ARR)
- Design and run high-velocity experiments across:
- Outbound (email, LinkedIn, founder-led sales)
- Partnerships (Shopify agencies, ecosystem players)
- Content & SEO (AI search / GEO-led narratives)
- Paid or performance channels (if/when relevant)
- Build and refine our ICP, messaging, and positioning
- Own the top of the funnel: leads demos early conversions
- Work closely with product to feed market insights back into roadmap
- Track what matters: CAC, conversion rates, payback, velocitynot vanity metrics
What We're Looking For
- 36 years experience in growth, GTM, or customer acquisition at a startup or fast-moving company
- You should be from a Tech/SaaS background, ideally currently in a growth team with comprehensive performance marketing experience.
- Experience as Growth Managers or Performance Leads at companies selling tech products in digital agencies, SEO agencies, or global tech platforms.
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, e-commerce, Shopify ecosystem, or developer tools is a strong plus
- Comfortable with scrappy executionyou can write copy, run tools, analyze results, and follow up yourself
- Strong bias for action: you test > learn > iterate fast
- Ability to work directly with founders and handle ambiguity
- Data-informed, but not data-paralyzed
