We are seeking an ambitious and strategic
Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a SaaS sales professional with a global mindset and a passion for building scalable go-to-market motions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting B2B teams across SMB and enterprise segments globally
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and partner channels
- Drive enterprise sales conversations with key decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Sales Leaders) across global markets
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align on ICP, messaging, and positioning
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to pricing and packaging strategies
- Track and report on key SaaS metrics, ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and pipeline velocity
- Work with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and drive account expansion
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS sales or strategy roles
- Proven track record across both SMB/individual sales and enterprise sales
- Experience selling to global markets (US, Europe, or APAC)
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, outbound sales funnels, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a startup environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling sales tech, outreach, or CRM SaaS products
- Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) or hybrid sales models
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups
