We're building a multi-brand spiritual-tech + commerce ecosystem (Astro Arun Pandit, Horocosmo, OccultGurukul, GemsMantra, ThePoojaHouse).
We need a Growth Manager who can own growth end-to-end across brands: acquisition, funnels, retention loops, CRO, analytics, and weekly execution.
This is not a just run ads role. You'll drive full-funnel growth with clear numbers.
What you'll own (Responsibilities)- Own growth across multiple brands and products (Consultations, Reports, Courses, E-commerce, App installs)
- Build and optimize funnels: Landing Checkout Upsell Retention
- Lead performance marketing execution (Meta/Google/YouTube) with tracking discipline (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, events)
- CRO: improve conversion on key pages (LP, PDP, checkout, lead forms) with test plan
- Analytics: weekly dashboard reporting (CAC, CVR, ROAS, MER, LTV, repeat rate, cohort retention)
- Lifecycle/Retention: WhatsApp/email/push journeys, winback flows, upsells, cross-sell between brands
- Work with creative + content team to create ad angles, hooks, creatives, landing copy
- Run Weekly Business Review (WBR): what worked, what didn't, next week plan
- Manage agency/freelancers if needed (design, video, dev, media buying)
Success Metrics (KPIs)- CAC , CVR , ROAS/MER
- Lead quality + booking rate (for consultations/calls)
- App installs + activation rate (Horocosmo)
- Repeat purchase + LTV (E-comm + services)
- Funnel drop-off reduction (PDP ATC Checkout Payment)
- Weekly experiment velocity (min 35 tests/week across brands)
Must Have Skills- 37 yrs in growth/performance + funnel optimization
- Strong in Meta + Google Ads + tracking (Pixel/CAPI/GA4)
- CRO mindset: A/B testing, landing page optimization, analytics reading
- Comfortable with multi-product complexity (not only one niche)
- Clear communication + execution speed (no excuses culture)
- Strong Excel/Sheets dashboarding
Good to Have- Shopify experience (GemsMantra) + WordPress/Next.js funnel understanding
- App growth basics (install activation retention, attribution tools)
- Experience with WhatsApp automation (WATI/interakt/etc.)
- Basic SQL / Mixpanel / Firebase analytics (bonus)
