ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Growth Manager who understands the AI, IT, and SaaS market and can help drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and business growth.

Candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience are preferred. Freshers with strong knowledge of AI marketing, SaaS products, and practical growth ideas are also welcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute growth strategies for AI and SaaS products.

• Generate B2B leads and explore new customer acquisition channels.

• Plan and execute digital and AI-focused marketing campaigns.

• Research IT/SaaS markets, competitors, and target customers.

• Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

• Optimize marketing campaigns and conversion funnels.

• Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good understanding of AI Marketing, IT Markets, and SaaS Products.

• Knowledge of B2B lead generation and digital marketing.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Creative and practical approach to growth.

• Ability to identify opportunities and convert ideas into execution.

• Freshers with strong practical knowledge and ideas are encouraged to apply.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with LinkedIn and email marketing.

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or other digital marketing channels.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

• Experience with AI tools or technology/SaaS products.
