Foxtale is looking for a Growth Manager to own and scale the D2C website revenue. This role will focus on building a profitable and predictable revenue engine for the website, with a clear pathway to transition into Head of D2C as the function scales.
Key Responsibilities
Own Website Revenue
- Drive overall D2C website revenue growth
- Build channel-wise revenue plansalong with the channel heads
- Identify and scale levers across traffic, CVR, AOV, and repeat rate
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Analyze the website funnel,identify drop-offs and implement improvements in UX, merchandising, and conversionwith the product team
Acquisition Strategy
- Closely monitor new user acquisition, product-wise funnel scaling to ensure acquisition is aligned with profitable growth
Retention & Customer Value
- Work with the retention team to improve repeat purchase and LTV through CRM, lifecycle marketing, and offers
- Design strategies around bundling, promotions, and retention programs
Revenue Planning
- Build monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts
- Track performance vs plan and identify growth gaps early
Unit Economics & P&L
- Monitor the financial health of the D2C channel
- Track GM, CM1, CM2, CAC vs LTV, and the impact of discounting and offers
What We're Looking For
- Strong first-principles thinker who can break growth into core drivers
- Deep understanding of D2C growth mechanics across acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Comfortable working with funnel data, cohorts, and revenue models
- Ability to balance growth with profitability
Ideal Background
- 35 years in D2C / consumer internet / e-commerce growth roles
- Experience owning a P&L both on revenue side and cost side
