Role- Growth Manager - Credit Cards
Location- Gurgaon, Haryana
Compensation Structure - 40K-50K per month
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets for credit cards.
- Manage and optimise channel sales, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
- Oversee and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance standards.
- Collaborate with banking and financial institution partners to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Whom are we looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the credit cards industry, with a strong background in sales and managing channels / DSAs.
- Proven experience in managing and driving performance of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- In-depth knowledge of credit cards.
- Proven track record of managing and growing channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
