Datafuel is looking for a driven and execution-focused GTM Lead / Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition and scale our growth engine.

About Us

Datafuel is an AI-powered platform helping brands improve visibility, availability, supply chain efficiency, and pricing across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms through automation and actionable insights.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build and lead the sales function, drive outbound growth, manage pipelines, and close high-value deals while creating scalable acquisition systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the sales team

Generate and manage new business opportunities

Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve targets

Develop repeatable customer acquisition processes

Mentor and train team members

Preferred Profile

Experience in sales leadership and deal closures

SaaS sales background preferred

Strong consultative selling skills

Ability to build systems and processes from scratch

Self-driven and growth-oriented mindset

Compensation

Fixed salary with performance-linked incentives (above industry standards)
