Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Growth Manager to drive growth for Paytm Postpaid (Credit on UPI). This role is deeply analytical and focused on reading user and marketing funnels at an atomic level, forming strong hypotheses, and designing experiments to unlock scalable growth.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Business, Risk, and Marketing

to align on priorities and shape growth strategy using data.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end growth analysis across the Postpaid funnel, from impressions and clicks to activation, usage, and credit consumption

Analyze marketing and product funnels at an atomic level using event, clickstream, and impression data to identify gaps and inefficiencies

Use tools like CleverTap and SQL to track funnel movement, drop-offs, and cohort behavior

Form clear, data-backed hypotheses and design experiments to validate growth opportunities

Lead cohort analysis to understand differential behavior across user segments

Partner with Product teams to improve user journeys and reduce funnel friction

Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders

Build and maintain dashboards to monitor funnel health and experiment outcomes

Requirements

78 years of experience in growth, analytics, or product strategy roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven mindset

Hands-on experience with CleverTap (or similar tools) and deep understanding of marketing and product funnels

Strong command over SQL and BI tools (Looker preferred)

Ability to work with granular event and clickstream data to derive insights

Experience influencing senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations

Clear communicator with strong synthesis and storytelling skills

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated products

Familiarity with UPI, credit lines, or postpaid products
