Velo turns plain-language prompts, product context, docs, changelogs, screenshots, customer questions, and company knowledge into polished, shareable work videos in minutes.
Teams use Velo for sales demos, personalized outreach, support replies, product updates, onboarding, training, internal explainers, and customer education.
Since launching, Velo has crossed 1,000+ signups, generated thousands of video minutes, and seen users go from making a handful of videos a month to hundreds.
We believe every company will become more AI-native, and agents will eventually need to explain their work back to humans in video. Velo is building the infrastructure layer that lets agents and teams communicate through video.
We are a small, high-ownership team based in San Francisco, working at the frontier of AI, video, workflow automation, and agent communication.
The Role
We're hiring a Growth Lead to own top-of-funnel demand for Velo.
Your job is simple: bring more of the right people to Velo every week.
You will own signups, traffic, demand generation, organic growth, paid experiments, influencer campaigns, SEO, AEO, GEO, content distribution, and new channel discovery.
This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable finding creators, writing briefs, launching pages, running campaigns, tracking signup quality, analyzing conversion, and moving fast.
We don't need someone who only makes plans. We need someone who can build demand.
What You'll Do
You will own Velo's top-of-funnel growth across organic, paid, and emerging channels.
You will:
Who You Are
You have 5-8 years of experience in growth, demand generation, product marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content, or founder-led GTM at a fast-moving company.
You are obsessed with figuring out where users come from and how to get more of them.
You should be strong at some of these channels and excited to learn the rest:
You are analytical, but not slow. You can look at data, make a decision, and launch the next experiment quickly.
You can write clear copy, brief a creator, build a campaign, analyze a funnel, and report what worked.
You are scrappy, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven. The goal is not to do marketing. The goal is to drive signups, usage, and revenue.
You have strong taste in messaging, positioning, and storytelling, and you are curious about AI, video, agents, and the future of work.
