Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end growth across acquisition → activation → retention → revenue
- Design and execute growth experiments across channels
- Build and scale product-led growth (PLG) loops
2. User Acquisition
- Drive scalable acquisition via:
- Performance marketing (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Organic channels (SEO, content, ASO)
- Partnerships (banks, fintechs, platforms)
- Identify and unlock non-obvious growth channels
3. Activation & Retention
- Improve onboarding and first-time user experience
- Build lifecycle journeys (CRM, push, email, WhatsApp)
- Drive engagement via:
- Policy insights
- Claims assistance
- Risk alerts & nudges
4. Data & Experimentation
- Define and track core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, cohorts)
- Run rapid A/B tests and iterate continuously
- Build dashboards and insights to guide decisions
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Design to ship growth features
- Partner with Founders on GTM and strategic initiatives
