Growth Lead

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for consumer AI products.
• Proven experience scaling paid acquisition for consumer products.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads across India, Middle East, and/or Europe.
• Experience owning CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and funnel metrics.
• Strong creative strategy skills with a high velocity of testing and iteration.
• Experience deciding what to test, kill, and scale based on performance data.
• Background in consumer AI, microdrama, gaming, or D2C is strongly preferred.
• TikTok Ads experience in markets outside the US is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta paid acquisition end to end.
• Build and execute the paid growth strategy across India, Middle East, and Europe.
• Develop the creative testing strategy and continuously improve creative velocity.
• Monitor and optimize CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and funnel performance.
• Identify winning audiences, creatives, campaigns, and markets to scale.
• Decide what to test, kill, and scale based on data.
• Work directly with the founders on growth strategy and execution.
• Build a repeatable paid acquisition engine for Perisclaw.
