Bytescare is a SaaS cybersecurity company helping content creators, publishers, and digital platforms protect their content from piracy and misuse. We work closely with creator-economy businesses, education platforms, and digital publishers to safeguard revenue and brand value through AI-led monitoring and enforcement solutions.

As we scale our growth engine, we're looking for a Growth Lead who will lead and own the entire Growth function at Bytescare, driving acquisition, activation, and revenue acceleration.

Role Overview

As a Growth Lead, you will lead the entire Growth team at Bytescare and own growth outcomes across acquisition, activation, and early lifecycle stages. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution go together, with direct impact on business growth.

We are looking for someone who understands B2B SaaS growth deeply, has worked on customer-facing products, and brings strong domain exposure in the creator economy, publishers, or EdTech ecosystem, along with international market exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Growth function at Bytescare
  • Own end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, and early retention
  • Build and execute scalable growth strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive B2B customer acquisition with a strong focus on quality, conversion, and long-term value
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and networks, including international clientele, to accelerate client acquisition
  • Plan and execute growth initiatives across:
  • Paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Sales-assisted and partnership-led growth
  • Ecosystem, founder-led, and network-driven outreach
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align growth with company objectives
  • Improve conversion rates across the funnel (lead opportunity customer)
  • Track, analyze, and report key growth metrics and outcomes
  • Run experiments, identify high-performing channels, and scale what works

Experience & Requirements

  • 57 years of experience in Growth, Acquisition, or Revenue roles
  • Strictly from a SaaS background
  • Prior experience with creator economy, publishers, or EdTech platforms is strongly preferred
  • Strong B2B experience is mandatory
  • Experience working on customer-facing SaaS products
  • Hands-on exposure to growth, acquisition, and activation
  • End-to-end growth experience is highly preferred
  • Experience handling international clients or global markets (US, EU, or other regions)
  • Ability to manage cross-border stakeholders and sales cycles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Network & Business Impact

  • Expected to have a strong existing client network, including international clientele
  • Ability to bring in at least 20% of clients from their own network

  • Location: Pan-India candidates are eligible; Bangalore candidates preferred
