What You'll DoBusiness Development & Partnerships
- Reach out to property brokers, real estate consultants, and channel partners.
- Build relationships with builders, developers, and property management companies.
- Identify and onboard B2B partners such as hotels, cafes, co-living operators, and corporate housing providers.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential partners.
Manufacturer & Vendor Outreach
- Identify furniture manufacturers and suppliers.
- Coordinate meetings and negotiate initial discussions.
- Maintain a database of vendors and partnership opportunities.
Growth & Operations
- Support daily growth initiatives and business expansion activities.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and managing relationships.
- Track outreach performance and maintain CRM records.
AI & Automation
- Build and experiment with AI agents using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and no-code platforms.
- Automate repetitive sales, lead generation, and operational workflows.
- Research and implement AI tools to improve business efficiency.
Social Media & Content
- Create short-form content and reels for Instagram and other social platforms.
- Capture customer stories, furniture setups, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Assist in content planning and growth campaigns.
