Company Description Quant Memo is a free learning platform for quantitative finance. It brings together over five thousand concept articles, four thousand interview questions with worked solutions, interactive tools and structured learning roadmaps in one place. The platform is used by students preparing for quant and trading roles, professionals moving into the field and practitioners keeping their fundamentals sharp. It is independently built and growing, with most of its readers today arriving through organic search.

Role Description This is a paid, remote internship. The Growth Intern is responsible for establishing repeatable acquisition channels beyond search and improving the share of readers who return. Day-to-day work includes designing, running and evaluating growth experiments across social media, professional networks, online communities, college networks and search; writing and scheduling content such as posts, newsletters and outreach messages; building relationships with college clubs, online communities and creators in the quantitative finance space; tracking acquisition, activation and retention metrics and reporting on them weekly; and coordinating campaigns run by the Marketing and Outreach Intern team. The position reports directly to the founder and carries full ownership of each initiative, from proposal through execution to measured result. The stipend is INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month depending on experience, with an internship certificate and a letter of recommendation on successful completion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience growing an audience, community, product or page, with results to show.
• Working comfort with analytics data and spreadsheets.
• Ability to propose a plan, execute it and report on it without close supervision.
• Experience with SEO, student communities or college networks is a plus.
• No finance background is required.
