Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and proactive Growth Intern to support business growth through sales analysis, process improvement, market research, and strategy execution. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about how businesses grow, enjoys solving operational and sales-related challenges, and wants hands-on exposure to growth strategy in a startup environment.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, improve customer engagement strategies, and contribute to business growth initiatives. This internship offers practical exposure to sales operations, growth planning, customer communication strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Business Analysis
- Analyze sales performance data and identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct sales audits and prepare observations on team performance, conversion challenges, and process inefficiencies.
- Assist in evaluating growth initiatives and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Support management with business insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Sales Process & Customer Engagement
- Develop and improve follow-up pitches, sales scripts, and customer engagement strategies.
- Work with Sales and Operations teams to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
- Observe sales interactions and suggest improvements in communication and follow-up processes.
- Support efforts to optimize customer journeys and sales workflows.
Research & Strategy Support
- Conduct market research on competitors, customer behavior, industry trends, and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for business growth, campaign ideas, and process improvements.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership and internal teams.
- Support the planning and execution of new growth and process optimization initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a BBA, MBA, or a degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in Sales, Business Analysis, Marketing, or Growth is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting, or sales processes is an added advantage.
