About the role

We are looking for a First Growth Intern who wants to get their hands dirty and figure

things out from scratch. There is no playbook here. No defined channels, no growth

frameworks, no ready campaigns to plug into.

What there is: a live product, early customers, and a real opportunity to understand how

a B2B product reaches its market — from the inside. This role sits at the intersection of

product, marketing, and growth. If you think about users, care about positioning, and

want to figure out what actually makes a product grow, this is for you.

This role is for someone who is obsessively curious, treats every week like an

experiment, and genuinely wants to figure out how to get Koyo's name out in the world

— by whatever means necessary.

 

What you will do

  • Work closely with the founding team to figure out what growth actually means for an early B2B product
  • Understand users deeply — talk to customers, map their journeys, and translate insights into action
  • Experiment across channels — content, LinkedIn, outbound, communities, partnerships, events — and double down on what works
  • Write, create, post, and distribute content that makes people pay attention
  • Connect product thinking to market reality — what are we building, for whom, and why does it matter
  • Track what is working, kill what is not, and bring your own ideas to the table
  • Take full ownership of whatever you pick up — no handing things off halfway

What we are looking for

 

  • Someone who is hungry — not looking to add a line to their CV, but to actually build something
  • Obsessively curious about how products grow and how people make decisions
  • Strong communicator — you can write clearly, think structurally, and distil complex things simply
  • Product-minded — you think about users, pain points, and why things work the way they do
  • Comfortable starting from zero — ambiguity does not slow you down, it excites you
  • Self-starter who can wake up in the morning and know what to do without being told
  • Open to trying things, failing fast, and trying again

Good to have

  • Interest or experience in product management, growth, or marketing — even self-initiated projects count
  • Familiarity with B2B, SaaS, or startup environments
  • Active on LinkedIn or other platforms with a sense for what gets people's attention
