Hiring for Growth & Sales at Constructr
Constructr is building India's largest full stack marketplace for construction equipment. We're based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru with ground teams in Peenya and Yeshwanthpur.
We're hiring for our growth and sales team. You'll own outbound to contractors, dealers, and mining companies, build and manage the demand side pipeline, and close deals on equipment sales and rentals. You'll be talking to buyers and sellers directly, not running campaigns from a desk.
What we're looking for: freshers or people who are still in college to max 2 years experience in sales, business development, or growth, comfortable with cold outreach and field visits, hungry to build something from scratch, based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
