Job Description

Seeking an experienced Growth Head to drive growth for a leading beauty & personal care brand. The

role involves leading new product development, crafting impactful brand strategies, and executing

integrated marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, and experiential platforms. The ideal

candidate will have expertise in e-commerce/D2C, a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the

beauty segment, and a proven track record in building premium brands.

Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive brand growth across online, e-commerce, and D2C channels by delivering revenue and

market share targets.

Conduct market research and consumer insight studies to identify trends, triggers, and barriers

influencing purchase behavior in beauty and personal care categories.

Define and implement brand positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to strengthen

competitive advantage.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital, influencer

collaborations, experiential marketing, and strategic partnerships.

Manage social media strategy and content calendar to drive engagement, community building,

and brand advocacy.

Monitor category trends, competitor activities, and innovations to stay ahead in the dynamic

beauty and cosmetics market.

Ensure brand consistency across all touch points packaging, communication, events, and retail

presence.

Plan and execute product launches, beauty events, trade shows, and photo/video shoots to

enhance brand visibility.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team across brand, digital marketing, and creative functions to

ensure flawless execution of brand strategies.

Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, supply chain, and design teams to deliver

seamless product and campaign rollouts.

Measure campaign effectiveness, prepare insights-driven reports, and present

recommendations to management.

Align internal stakeholders with brand mission, vision, and long-term growth objectives.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong understanding of beauty, cosmetics, or personal care categories.

Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and consumer behavior analysis.

Proven track record in executing ATL/BTL campaigns with measurable results.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for emerging trends, innovation, and premium branding.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
